Frequently Asked Questions

What are eyelash extensions?

Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent fibers, glued by hand on top of natural eyelashes giving more volume, length, and a darker color. Each lash is applied one by one, all by hand using a specially formulated semi-permanent adhesive that is natural eyelash friendly and will not damage lashes nor irritate eyes.

What does Lash Shampoo do?

Lash shampoo gently cleans your extensions and natural lashes, removing oils, makeup residue, and dirt that can weaken the adhesive bond. Regular cleansing helps your extensions last longer and keeps your lash line healthy and free from buildup.

How long do eyelash extensions last?

Depending on how well lash extensions are cared for, they can last for 6 to 8 weeks. They will gradually fall out just like how natural eyelashes do. If eyelash extensions start to fall, going back to get them filled is the best option. It is recommended to get lash extension fills around three to four weeks.

Remember, aftercare treatment is important to make sure eyelash extensions last.

Can clients wear mascara with eyelash extensions?

We do not recommend wearing mascara over your extensions. Wondering why? The problem is when you want to remove the mascara. Friction and your usual makeup remover can damage their extensions.

Can clients shower or swim with eyelash extensions?

Of course! But not until after waiting for the 24 hour period after the procedure. Eyelash adhesives’ curing time varies between 12 to 24 hours.

For lash glue’s long-term retention, they should wait for 24-48 hours before getting their lashes wet. But don’t worry, they can take a shower, just make sure that their lash extensions don’t get wet.

What's the most natural set of extensions?

Classic lashes are the most natural option. This technique applies one extension to each natural lash, enhancing length and curl while maintaining a soft, mascara-like finish.

Why do I need Infills?

Your natural lashes shed every 6–8 weeks as part of their growth cycle, and with that, extensions naturally fall out too. Infills every 2–3 weeks replace lost lashes, keeping your set looking full, even, and fresh between appointments.

I already have lash extensions from another salon?

If you have extensions from another salon, we recommend booking a removal and full set instead of an infill. Every lash artist uses different techniques, products, and adhesives, and we can’t guarantee the quality or compatibility of work done elsewhere.

By starting fresh, we can ensure your natural lashes are healthy, your new set is applied with our trusted products, and your retention meets our salon’s high standards.
